I just hit 72. I have a long way to go but so far I like this app
Great app but I wish it had a function to reset or clear the workouts. I clicked ahead by mistake and wish I could go back to where I left off so there is no confusion.
I just only started the app but so far it has been going great. Im not super soar the next day but i do get a good workout. I suggest buying this app.

Some bad moments

Good app, but keeps closing out when I click on the how to and help tab
It does what it advertises, and is remedially good at math. Constant rating requests are annoying but it is a free app. Recommendable for anyone wanting to not be a fat bastard.
Dont buy. It ends well before 100 (e.g., squats, push-ups). Hard to understand why unless it is an intentional deception.
Just you, time, and a challenge. As we say in the Cavalry, "Get some!"
If youre a visual check off person, this app is for you. The accomplishment and progress through the days is motivating to keep going.
Slow and steady wins the race. Great app with easy to use interface. Builds your arm and core strength correctly by building up steadily. Even when you stop for a while your muscle strength stays longer.
