Slow and steady wins the race. Great app with easy to use interface. Builds your arm and core strength correctly by building up steadily. Even when you stop for a while your muscle strength stays longer.
I really like this app! At the start, I struggled to do 5 push-ups. But, I didnt quit and today I just finished 220 push-ups. Ive lost an inch in the neck, and 1 shirt size. Also, Im noticing arm, shoulder, & back definition as well as tightening of the abdominal core. This was a good pickup for me. It may be for you also.

This app is very easy to follow. It takes it slow so that one does not feel too much discomfort in starting a new workout. It makes it easy to keep up and not get discouraged. I would recommend it to all.
Starts at a very basic lvl of a 12 push-up work out and grows from there. If you are experienced - skip a few work outs into it. Sleek, badges, practical.

Push-ups have never been my thing but Im glad that I purchased this app because I am determined to incorporate push-ups into my workout. For a beginner like myself, this app is great because it helps you build towards being able to do more than just a couple push-ups!
Its not going to make you want to work out, but if you have the motivation its a great tool!
Love the simplicity, design and setup of each exercise. I bought the bundle after c25k and do them on my off days when Im not running. I can tell its working as the exercises get harder but Im always able to complete them. Exactly what a challenge should be. Love it!

This app is a great way to track your progress and is helpful for anyone ready to get fit.
Easy step by step following instructions. It starts easy then gets challenging as the weeks go however it get you ready for every day. If you cant finish a interval just repeat it until you finish it and move on.

Push-ups have never really been a strong suit of mine, but I feel like I was able to do more of them, and do them better with this app. I actually purchased the bundle with sit-ups, squats, and pull-ups. Those apps are great too. Sometimes I feel like the breaks are a little long, but theres probably a reason for that.
